Sandra A. Kubacki, age 56, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 01, 2012 at St. Luke’s Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was born on April 20, 1956 in Toledo to Richard and Dorothy (Schwind) Johnston. Sandra enjoyed raising ducks, tending to her garden and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be forever missed.

Surviving is her loving husband of 33 years, Mark Kubacki; sons, Mitchell (Melissa) Kubacki, Matthew (Sarah) Kubacki and Michael (Alicia) Kubacki; father, Richard Johnston; grandchildren, Mitchell Jr., Kylie, Skyler and Parker Kubacki; sisters, Kimberly Rivas and Kris Johnston; brothers, Eric (Angie) Johnston and Todd (Belinda) Johnston; mother in-law, Loretta Kubacki.  Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother; brother, Rick Johnston and her beloved ducks, Cosmo and Dudley.

Family and friends may visit at the Sujkowski Funeral Home of Rossford, 830 Lime City Rd. on Monday, August 6, 2012 from 5-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 11 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Maumee.  Interment will be private.
